I am a corporate lawyer by background, working primarily with corporate finance, business structures, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate and commercial matters nationally and internationally.
My specific role for the BCCD relates to legal compliance and the provision and management of legal advice for the BCCD-BIU, where required. In common with other Board members, my wider role involves participation in the planning and growth of the BCCD-BIU in line with its objectives.
I am currently a Senior Partner and Solicitor for Orr Litchfield based in London. I trained in the City of London at one of London’s largest law firms, before working briefly in Sydney, Australia. Before founding Orr Litchfield, I headed the corporate department of a London law firm, where I was a Partner, and then founded another London law firm.
