The British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark is working with AIESEC to organise this event discussing the benefits and challenges of a diverse workforce. The evening will include the chance to hear from Dansk Industri, Expat in Denmark and Omada A/S - a software company that has succesfully integrated a large number of non-Danish employees, and attributes a portion of its success to this decision.

Craig Till, Head of Secretariat, Expat in Denmark
International staff invariably arrive to Denmark with a wealth of talent and experience formed in a working environment different to that in Denmark. However, Expats also leave Denmark after a relatively short period of time. How do these ‘Expats’ adjust to the working culture of Denmark and to the differing demands which they face from their Danish employers?: And how should employers understand the challenges their Expat employees face, and how should they consider retaining them longer in their workforce?
