Conversational marketing and VloggingPrint

Learn how to maximize your relationships with your organization's target audiences through the emerging field of Videoblogging and Conversational Marketing.

  • See how the internet is changing the game of marketing communications.
  • See the new tools and new media that people and organisations are using to communicate, with a focus on videoblogging.
  • Understand how the new paradigm and the new tools can be advantageous to your organisation.

Saturation of high-speed internet in the developed world has given every individual with a connection the opportunity to have a voice. These voices are gradually changing the face of marketing and promotional activity. In the past, organisations sent messages to individuals and groups. Now, there is an evolving environment in which individuals are creating conversations with organisations using all forms of media, and many blue chip brands such as Dove and Coca-Cola are devoting 5 10% of their marketing budgets to Conversational Marketing.

BCCD has arranged for a panel of experts in this area to share their experience with members and guests.

Daniel Hofmann

Daniel is Strategic Director for Adpeople and very well placed to set the scene for this meeting. He will give us an insight into the future of marketing that is moving fast forward from monologue to dialogue, where relevance is more important that repetition, where marketing messages are "pulled" by the consumer rather than "pushed" by the marketer.

Jeffrey Taylor
Jeffrey has enjoyed a ten year career in advertising with agencies such as DDB and Interbrand, and has narrowed his focus to strategic consulting and bringing a fresh perspective to the emerging field of Conversational Marketing.

Luke Cholerton-Bozier

Luke is an expert in e-engagement, specialising in e-politics, e-dialogue and e-government. In these fields, Luke has worked on various projects with government, politicians and civil society.

Raymond M. Kristiansen

Raymond has co-organized the European Videoblogging conference Vlog-Europe since 2005, and is currently working in Copenhagen-based new media consultancy Visibility.
