| EuroSox - spin or fact? | Print |
Following Enron and Sarbanes-Oxley in the US, the EU initiated changes in their company directives driving improvements to corporate governance, risk management and transparancy. These changes have by some consultants been labelled "EuroSox".
The speakers will provide an overview of what can be expected from the changes and discuss their magnitude and potential effect. Are we expecting real change and is the comparison to the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act meaningful or exaggerated? They will also provide ideas to leverage experience with SOX 404 and past initiatives.
