Kim Graugaard is a member of the Management Board of Dansk Industri (Confederation of Danish Industry) and has particular responsibility for employee relations, collective agreements, business policy and business economics.

The BCCD Board proposes that the members of BCCD mandate the BCCD Board to negotiate a merger between:

The British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (BCCD)

and

The British Import Union (BIU)

The outcome of such a negotiation would have to be ratified at a second EGM
