Business and anti-corruption has become an increasingly important issue in recent years. This is not only because there have been several big cases, but also because of new market challenges combined with an expanded international legislation and public co-operation. One of the interesting aspects is that business itself is also taking part in this process.
New approaches and techniques are being developed in the fight against corruption and one of these instruments is the www.business-anti-corruption.com portal. Several governments including the British, Swedish, Norwegian, German and Dutch have joined this Danish led initiative which has also received widespread international attention from international business and is now a tool recommended by the U.N. Global Compact and the World Bank.
