This BCCD event is for businesses and business people in prospective, new, small or medium-sized enterprises and for individual business people getting started in Denmark and/or seeking to enhance their chances of achieving their vision.
Codan will host the event at which a panel from Founder Members Codan, DLA Nordic and Ernst & Young will set out some of the dos and don’ts and answer your questions on matters of insurance, legal matters, accounting and taxation.

Michael Beuchert, Manager at Ernst & Young who has worked in both the UK and Denmark providing advice to companies and individuals on Danish and international accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements;
Lise Lotte Hjerrild, Partner in the Corporate department at DLA Nordic, who has a UK law degree from Cambridge and specialised within Corporate and Securities law and Mergers and Acquisitions, on legal matters;
Peter Lundbaek, Partner in the Tax Department, Ernst & Young.
