HAMLET is a fantastic story about a young man’s journey into adulthood where he has to learn to stand on his own two feet. He is confronted by a chaotic and manifold world which requires him to take a personal view on blood revenge, a longing for freedom, corruption of power, political intrigues, love, sexual obsession, philosophical reflection, violent actions, tragedy and wild comedy. Great issues which unfold in a sensual universe inspired by classic Elizabethan theatre, where the actors consciously dissolve the divide between themselves and the audience, in order to create the greatest possible involvement. A different and exciting approach to theatre, which Danish audiences do not often have the opportunity to experience.
