This is a joint seminar being organised with the Danish American Business Forum. You are invited to join us to discuss:
Optimizing Venture Capital/Private Equity Portfolio Companies for Exit
This conference is about "beginning with the end" when doing Venture Capital or Private Equity deals. VC/PE investors, and those companies who receive their funding, will hear comparisons of DK, UK and USA practices relevant to the four stages of exit planning: upon investing, while managing/growing the company, while selling it, and post-sale. Practical pointers and guidance will be emphasized, in an interactive setting.
A cross-border panel consisting of experienced VC and PE legal and accounting advisers from the UK, USA, and Denmark, with a combined experience in nearly three dozen countries and a variety of industries (life sciences, IT, telecom, cleantech, financial services, industrial and more) will analyse the lifecycle of VC/PE deals. Dialogue between the audience and the panel will be encouraged.
Who should attend:
Players in the venture capital and private equity space – those who invest, those who seek to obtain VC and PE funding, those who purchase companies from VCs/PEs.
