RICHARD III is a horror story about power, treason and serial murder - a story told with music and a glint in the eye. In this production the body bags pile up in the hospital where Richard in cold blood murders his way to the throne. We watch with horror and a shudder of delight when Richard slaughters his opponents with a chainsaw, drowning, cannibalism or other forms of mutilation. Richard is a charming psychopath, shrewd, convincing and dangerous – at the end, though, most to himself. A horribly entertaining and devilish experience which tells the story of a man’s ascent to heaven and return down to hell.
