Corporate & Small Business Membership

If you would like to apply for business membership of BCCD-BIU please use the Business Membership Application Form.  Please note that you cannot save changes to this form - instead you need to print out the completed form, sign it, and then send a scanned copy to join"@"bccd.dk.

Individual Membership

If you would like to apply for personal membership of BCCD-BIU please use the Individual Membership Application Form.  Please note: due to the simplification of our membership structure, the Young Person and Senior membership categories are no longer available.

Please also include two existing BCCD-BIU members as referees in the notes section of the form.
