Copenhagen Towers and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers have new owners - ALMC. Sandeep Sander will continue as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Copenhagen Towers and the hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, operated in franchise partnership with the Intercontinentals Hotels Group. The current Management team also continues unchanged. The key message to employees, customers and business partners is continuity and new opportunities for growth.

The CO2-neutral building and the professional execution of events gained respect during COP15, the global environmental conference that took place in December 2009 shortly after the hotel opened. Last week the hotel received the prestigious prize “the greenest hotel in the world”. Copenhagen Towers and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers also received the much-coveted AmCham prize ”Foreign Company of the Year 2010” from Sten Scheibye who said: “There is a real need for initiatives and innovation like Copenhagen Towers and Crowne Plaza – this is how we create growth and competitiveness”.

The new owner is the investment company ALMC. The owners of ALMC, led by Oscar Crohn, includes strong financial players: Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.
