Jørgen Lindegaard, who has been with ISS since 2006, has accepted an invitation to join the Board of Directors of ISS at the annual general meeting in April 2010.

The Board of Directors decided to appoint Jeff Gravenhorst new Group CEO from 1 April 2010. Jeff Gravenhorst's career with ISS began in April 2002 as CFO for ISS in the UK.
