Our Patron, H. E. Mr. David Frost, the British Ambassador was the speaker at this year’s Annual General Meeting of the BCCD. He began by making very clear that he was committed to working with the Chamber to build on the successes already achieved, convinced that it will be possible to make a real difference.

He went on to speak about the wider cultural implications of relations between Britain and Denmark in a talk drawing upon several hundred years of the history of relations between the two countries and giving interesting insights into the present situation.

The formal part of the AGM followed which included a report on the year from our Chairman, Mariano A. Davies, approval of the final accounts 2005/2006 by members and election of Gareth Garvey, B-Innovation and Jette Ward, VisitBritain to the Board.
