Event Sponsorship will continue to be available. This is where an organisation has top profiling in the promotion and delivery of a BCCD event, enabling BCCD to run quality events at attractive prices for members and non-members. BCCD provides full administrative support in dialogue with the sponsor. These fall into two categories:
Social events
Annual opportunities for all Chamber members to network in a social environment. Examples are Gala Dinner, Golf Tournament and Summer Party.
A sponsor would be given:
- Profiling on the invitation, website article, advertisements placed in the media and the programme;
- Acknowledgement in the welcome speech;
- The opportunity to make a short presentation;
- Possibility to present small branded gifts to attendees
- The possibility to have a banner or stand with material
- Presentation of any prizes
Business events:
Sponsors can host breakfast or "gå hjem" meetings or seminars on topics relevant to Chamber members and their guests. This can be a good opportunity for the Sponsor to present their company at their own premises. The Secretariat may often have identified suitable speakers.
